UK authorities have concluded that Peaches Geldof used heroin shortly before her death last month and likely overdosed, but, mysteriously, cops found no drugs or paraphernalia in her Kent, England, home.
Speculation is that the investigation will next focus on who supplied the dope and whether anyone removed drugs from the scene.
It was Geldof’s rocker husband, Thomas Cohen, who discovered her lifeless body “slumped forward … on the edge of a bed with one leg hanging down to the floor,” according to details of the investigation released Thursday.
Geldof had been caring for one of her sons on the day of her death. Peaches’ mom, Paula Yates, overdosed under similar circumstances in 2000.
