Calvin Klein has removed the “no trespassing” signs that infamously greeted snooping visitors to his $75 million Southampton mansion.
“Calvin’s neighbors weren’t happy,” a local source said, further sniffing, “With all those signs and cameras, it looked like something from a penal colony.”
Page Six previously reported that the Meadow Lane home — with neighbors including David Koch, Aby Rosen and Leon Black — became an object of obsession during construction last summer, and “even billionaire neighbors [were] biking up the driveway to peek.”
But Klein’s rep told us Monday, “The signs at Calvin’s Southampton house are down, but there were never any complaints from neighbors, whatsoever. The house, however, remains well secured.”
Klein will spend more time at the mansion this summer after missing last season since it wasn’t finished until September. He’ll be “spending as much time there as possible but will be traveling, as well,” the rep said.
And, “The house is done except for a few details, which will be completed in the next couple of days.”
