Action star Liam Hemsworth got into “Expendables 2” mode, allegedly getting himself into a violent street fight in Philly early Sunday morning.
According to TMZ, Miley Cyrus’ fiancé punched another man hard in the face during the brawl. Shaky footage of the confrontation outside of the Continental Midtown hotel can be seen on the gossip site.
The Aussie actor had allegedly just left a bar when he confronted the man he thought had thrown a rock at him and his friend. While Hemsworth’s friend held the man on the ground, the actor, wearing a jacket with a wool collar, allegedy hit the man and pushed his face into the pavement.
Police allegedly broke up the scuffle but no arrests were made. Philadelphia Police Dept. confirmed that no complaint against the actor had been filed.
The alleged victim, who sports a bleeding face, told TMZ after the fight, Hemsworth sustained a few injuries himself. He said: “I don’t think [Liam] fared much better.”
The “Hunger Games” actor is in town working on the film “Paranoia.”
