Carmen Electra turned heads in Chelsea last week when she strolled Eighth Avenue walking two “half-naked models” on leashes, spies say. We hear the smutty stroll was part of a video shoot for Electra’s single “I Like It Loud,” and that the next day she rocked up to club XL at the Out NYC hotel in a double-decker bus and picked up 50 waiting models and club kids for the shoot while gobsmacked guests watched the cavalcade through the windows of restaurant KTCHN. When a squad of cop cars descended, Electra’s bawdy group assumed the shoot was being shut down. But the fuzz was just headed to the Manhattan South Task Force headquarters next door on West 42nd Street.
