New man, new digs. Erin Heatherton is remodeling her apartment after splitting with Leonardo DiCaprio. The Victoria’s Secret model, now dating Cleveland Brown tight end Jordan Cameron, has enlisted Stephen Fanuka, architect Gordon Khan and Nate Berkus to help her renovate her two-bedroom, 1,200-square-foot downtown pad. We hear the model wants to gut the place and use green materials. It will be filmed for Fanuka’s DIY Network show, “Million Dollar Contractor.”
