After Hilary Swank sat front-row at Michael Kors’ Fashion Week presentation at Lincoln Center, she raced to buy Valentine’s Day cards for her beau Laurent Fleury. With freshly manicured red nails, the “Million Dollar Baby” actress was spotted picking up the cards at a CVS on 23rd Street and 10th Avenue. Swank’s reportedly been dating the French real-estate broker since last year after splitting up with her boyfriend and agent John Campisi. Our spy said Swank seemed to be beaming, adding, “Any girl who gets her nails painted red for Valentine’s Day has to be in love.”
