Who knew Justin Bieber had this kind of pull? The peewee hitmaker (with an emphasis on pee) got former President Bill Clinton on the phone this week to apologize for profanely yelling at a picture of the 42nd POTUS and spraying it with cleaning fluid. In a video released on Wednesday, Bieber was caught racing with his friends through a kitchen of a New York restaurant and relieving himself into a mop bucket, punctuated by him seeing a picture of the former president and yelling, “F – – k Bill Clinton.” The contrite pop star later tweeted his Biebs-to-Bubba phone apology. A source close to Clinton confirmed to Page Six that Bubba did take the “Baby” singer’s call and accepted the little guy’s apology. We hear Biebs even offered to help make amends by helping Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton’s Foundation. Bieber tweeted to his more than 41 million followers Wednesday night, thanking Clinton “for taking the time to talk.” Bieber tweeted: “Your words meant alot. #greatguy.” A spokesperson for Bieber declined to comment last night.
