Armie Hammer opened up about his wild dating history, admitting that his ex-girlfriend attempted to stab him during sex.
Hammer, who stars alongside Johnny Depp in the upcoming Disney film “The Lone Ranger,” shared his bad boy past with ELLE and included a particularly terrifying anecdote.
“One chick tried to stab me when we were having sex,” the 26-year-old “Social Network” star said.
“I should so not be telling this story. She was like, ‘True love leaves scars. You don’t have any.’ And then she tried to stab me with a butcher knife.”
He quipped: “Of course I promptly broke up with her…seven months later.”
Hammer married model and TV presenter Elizabeth Chambers in 2010. On how he won her heart, he recalled, “I was like, ‘You have to break up with your boyfriend because we have to start dating.’ Her mouth kind of fell open. I said, ‘You were made for me,’ and she got this look on her face like” – ‘Don’t you even.’”
Hammer recently shared to Playboy magazine that his sex life with Chambers is much more tame.
“Well, if you’re married to a feminist as I am, then it’s… I don’t know how much we can put here without my parents being embarrassed, but I used to like to be a dominant lover. I liked the grabbing of the neck and the hair and all that,” he said. “But you can’t really pull your wife’s hair. It gets to a point where you say, ‘I respect you too much to do these things that I kind of want to do.'”
