A French magazine is taking heat for publishing photos of a topless celeb. Sound familiar?
Heidi Klum is taking a page from Kate Middleton’s book and is considering filing a lawsuit against the paparazzo who snapped pics of her sunbathing without a bikini top while vacationing in the south of France with her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen, reports TMZ.
The “Project Runway” host is reportedly distraught and claims that the photog violated her right to privacy because she was in a secluded area when the photos were taken.
The model’s camp is allegedly hunting down the magazine who published the original pics that have since surfaced on the Web.
The gossip site claims that Klum is waiting for the Duchess of Cambridge to “blaze the legal trail,” and if successful, Klum will follow suit.
