A crew member working on the new Johnny Depp movie “The Lone Ranger” reportedly died from drowning this morning in Los Angeles.
Law enforcement told TMZ that the man was a diver working in a tank on the set.
The site reports that someone from the crew called police to report a medical emergency but by the time responders came, the man was going into full cardiac arrest.
He was allegedly flown via helicopter to a nearby hospital but emergency workers were unable to restart his heart during the flight. He was reportedly pronounced dead the hospital.
The movie producers have not made a comment to the report.
