In a sparkling, ice-blue gown matched with Bulgari jewels, the daughter of NBC News anchor Brian Williams stole the spotlight as she posed for photos next to Katy Perry on the red carpet.
The 28-year-old actress accessorized her look with three-carat diamond stud earrings and a platinum and diamond ring from Bulgari’s High Jewelry Collection.
Williams, Perry and Selena Gomez were among the glittering guests at the black-tie gala.
