LiLo’s fury at dad Michael as he seeks conservatorship: reports

After Michael Lohan’s failed “intervention” attempt with his daughter Lindsay on Friday, he is reportedly planning to go to court to seek conservatorship for her.

According to TMZ, Michael has ruled himself and his ex-wife Dina out from being possible conservators. He insists that he has no ulterior get-rich motives and just wants Linz to seek help. He alleges that his actress daughter never came out clean after her past stints in rehab at Cirque Lodge and Betty Ford

“She went in dirty and didn’t come out clean,” he told the gossip site. He also blamed her peers for fueling her alleged addictions.

Meanwhile, Lindsay denies that she has drug or alcohol problems and reportedly wants to take legal action herself. TMZ claims that the troubled “Canyons” star is allegedly seeking an order of protection against Michael after his failed attempt at forcing her to go to rehab on Friday.

Lindsay’s siblings, Michael Jr., Dakota and Ali, also have an estranged relationship with their father, speaking out about wanting him to back off. “Take this as your other daughter’s plea to an absent father,” Ali told Extra. “I have always tried to stay out of the press because it hurts me to see how you malign my mother. But in this instance, I am breaking my silence. Please stop waging your own personal war against my family.”

TMZ also reported that Michael got Lindsay’s entire team — Evan Hainey (her manager) Dave Feldman (entertainment lawyer) and Shawn Holley (criminal defense lawyer) — on board to push Lindsay to seek help for drug and alcohol abuse. Michael and his posse showed up at Lindsay’s Beverly Hills home planning to take her to a treatment center 100 miles away. Lindsay denied him entry and called the police.
