Rod Stewart says his split with supermodel Rachel Hunter was hard for him to swallow. The “Have I Told You Lately” singer tells “Entertainment Tonight” anchor Nancy O’Dell in an interview airing tonight and tomorrow that his 2006 divorce from Hunter was “earth-shattering.” He further recalls: “I didn’t have the tools to get me through it, because . . . no one had ever left me, so I wasn’t ready for it.”
