A teenager has been arrested for tweeting “time to blow up Rod Laver Arena” during Pink’s concert in Melbourne last night.
The full tweet read: “@Pink I’m ready with my Bomb. Time to blow up #RodLaverArena. B*tch.”
Security was able to find the 16-year-old in a crowd of 12,000 after he sent the tweet with his profile picture using the official Rod Laver Arena hashtag.
The tweet referred to Pink’s song “Timebomb” and wasn’t sinister, his father told 3AW radio this morning.
