NBA star Dwyane Wade will marry his girlfriend of five years, actress Gabrielle Union, over Labor Day weekend.
TMZ has obtained and published a 50-second clip that shows the moment Wade proposed to Union, along with the ensuing celebrations.
The video features Photoshopped heads of the couple, some enthusiastic text commentary and background music.
Wade and Union are set to get hitched in Miami.
Although details are sparse, TMZ reports it will be a social media-free weekend.
“For the comfort of our guests and to protect our privacy, no cameras or cell phones will be permitted at the party. Also, photo IDs will be required for all guests,” the wedding invitations read, according to the website.
Union famously said she’s not too involved in the planning process — Wade and the wedding planner are taking over the duties.
“He realized that I was trying to turn it into a frat party with k-cups and beer pong, and took over,” Union told Us Weekly. “He really Kanye’d himself and really doubled down, and it’s his princess day and I’m just along for the ride.”
