South Florida’s jet set came out to Soho Beach House Saturday night to celebrate the kick-off of Costa Hollywood, a condo project a few miles north, in Hollywood Beach.
Jamie Foxx and his two daughters, model Amber Arbucci, Dallas Austin, Zoe Kravitz and boxer Andre Berto were among those spotted at the party, which also served as a welcome to developer Michael Capponi, who will help market the condo/hotel with Moses Bensusan.
The oceanfront project will include retail and restaurant spaces and is scheduled to open in 2015. Prices for studios,and one- and two-bedrooms will range from $250,000 to $800,000.
