‘Jersey Shore’ Sopranos snub

Now they’re too “busy” for big movie roles. The stars of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” turned down a role opposite “The Sopranos” legends William DeMeo and Vincent Pastore because they didn’t have time, said a source. According to an insider, producer Irena Angeliades approached the show’s cast members about cameos in her independent film “Goat.” But, “They replied they would have loved to do it, but they were just too busy.” Instead, Cincinnati Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo and former MLB player Eduardo Perez will appear in the movie, which also stars Armand Assante and Ice-T.
