Jerry Seinfeld doesn’t care if you’re a star

Jerry Seinfeld can’t get along with most people.

On Monday, the “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” star told David Letterman at a Paley Center for Media event, “I pretty much engage with funny people or weird people . . . Anybody who’s a little normal, even just like a normal actor or actress, I’m lost. I got nothing. I’m not curious, I’m not interested. You got a show? I don’t care” — to which Letterman cracked, “You just described 30 years of my life.”

Letterman later joked that he already regrets retiring, saying, “Friends keep telling me, ‘Well, what will you do in retirement?’

And the answer I have coalesced now in my head is, ‘I’m gonna look for a job.’ ”
