Don’t get too close to Justin Bieber‘s well-coiffed head! The superstar’s bodyguard, Kenneth Hamilton, was arrested Wednesday night for allegedly roughing up photographer Jason Nicholas, who was trying to snap pictures of Bieber.
According to a police report, Hamilton pushed Nicholas up against a parked car outside 161 W. 54th St. on Nov. 26. Nicholas claimed he was pushed against an SUV and has since suffered lower-back pain. Hamilton was given a desk-appearance ticket, which requires him to appear in Criminal Court on a date yet to be set.
