Reality star Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi has a freshly enhanced derriére and she’s ready to show it off.

The “Shahs of Sunset” fixture recently underwent a Brazilian butt lift and an Airsculpt Laser Liposculpture, reports TMZ.

The fat from Gharachedaghi’s stomach was transferred to her rear, accounting for the enhancement.

According to the website, the procedure reportedly took 3 inches off the reality star’s waistline.

While many try to hide the work they’ve had done, Gharachedaghi hasn’t shied away from promoting the work of Dr. Rollins at Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills.

The “Shahs” star has repeatedly taken to social media to thank the doctor for his work.
