While taking home the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama last night at the Golden Globes, George Clooney managed to get in quite a few jokes at the expense of his famous friends.
“The Descendants” star first took aim at pal Brad Pitt, his competitor in the Best Actor category. While presenting a clip for Pitt’s film “Moneyball,” Clooney limped on stage, clutching a cane — an allusion to the one Pitt has been sporting since New Year’s Eve, when he fell on a ski slope while carrying daughter Vivienne.
