Aaron Sorkin didn’t stop casting for his HBO series “The Newsroom” at the Golden Globes Sunday — the writer personally asked a staffer at the Beverly Hilton for his contact information to audition for the show. Spies say Sorkin approached an “over 6-foot-5, slim and handsome” security guard, who’d been guiding stars including Queen Latifah to their seats, and said, “Casting will give you a call.” If the guard does make the cut, viewers won’t be able to miss him.
