With her stiletto-shaped nails covering her mouth, the actress looks just as surprised as many of her followers, who left comments hailing the star as an inspiration.
The snapshot is a far cry from the 25-year-old’s look in “Gimme Shelter,” in which she had to pack on the pounds to play a homeless pregnant teen.
