New Age author and physician Deepak Chopra has sold his $3.5 million apartment at the Park Imperial at 230 W. 56th St. and is moving to the appropriately health-centric Delos building downtown, which is being marketed as treating each resident’s body like a temple.
We’re told Chopra has purchased an apartment in the Delos at 66 E. 11th St., which also boasts Leonardo DiCaprio as an owner.
While the closing price for Chopra’s new pad has not been confirmed, sources say it was being offered for $14.5 million.
The residence offers the purest air and water, energizing light in the morning and melatonin-enhancing light in the evening.
Broker Dolly Lenz was not available for comment Tuesday night.
