The tennis documentary “Venus and Serena,” about the Williams sisters, won’t be edited.

The United States Tennis Association had sued Maiken Baird and Michelle Major for copyright infringement last year, claiming the directors used footage from US Open matches — including Serena Williams’ infamous outburst at a ref in 2009, saying, “I swear to God I’ll [bleeping] take the ball and shove it down your [bleeping] throat” — without permission.

The USTA said the scene was “not in the best interest of the sport.” But, as they battled in court, the moviewas played on iTunes, Netflix and Showtime.

A confidential settlement has been reached that allows the doc to be screened unedited.

A USTA rep said: “The dispute has been resolved to the parties’ mutual satisfaction.”

The filmmakers told Page Six: “We’re pleased that tennis fans will continue to enjoy the film … without censorship.”
