Supermodel Miranda Kerr had kind words to say to the tens of thousands New Yorkers affected by Hurricane Sandy this week.
Kerr tweeted a snap of yesterday’s Post cover that read “Home of the Brave” that featured New Yorkers flying the American flag over the ruins.
“My heart and prayers go out to all those affected by #hurricanesandy ❤ Miranda xxx,” Kerr wrote alongside the Instagram shot.
Kerr, who was named “Sexiest Woman Alive” by Esquire UK, had been in the city as Sandy made landfall on Tuesday. She tweeted that she stayed “safe and cosy” with a friend. She is expected to walk in the Victoria’s Secret catwalk show on Tuesday.
