Kristen Stewart slipped out of her rather revealing sheer dress right after walking the red carpet for the SVA Theater screening of her movie “On the Road.” She skipped the flick and headed to Abe & Arthur’s in the Meatpacking District for dinner with her co-stars, including Kirsten Dunst and Garrett Hedlund. A spy told Page Six, “Stewart darted into the bathroom to change her dress before re-emerging in a black leather jacket, gray zip-up sweatshirt, jeans and black boots.”
