William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman almost didn’t make it to the premiere of HBO’s “Girls” Wednesday night after their limo was hijacked by an imposter. The couple waited, and waited, for their car outside The London NYC Hotel, only to discover an imposter had earlier climbed in, claimed to be Macy and sped off. The limo thief then made multiple stops around town, we’re told. Left in the dust, Macy and his wife finally grabbed a cab. Star Lena Dunham meanwhile is proudly showing more skin in the second season of “Girls.” After screening three new episodes of the show, which starts Sunday, at NYU’s Skirball Center, Dunham joked, “My boobs were never supposed to be seen on that big a screen.” Surrounded by family and friends at a Cinema Society after-party at Capitale, she added of the event, “The last season premiere was like my wedding, this season it’s like my funeral, but with less speeches.” Dunham — in a Valentino jumpsuit — told us she was calling it an early night to head to the Golden Globes the next morning, where she’s nominated. By Dunham’s side was her boyfriend, fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff, who revealed how they maintain their relationship: “We work next to each other,” he said. “It’s our version of relaxing.” Co-star Allison Williams’ boyfriend, College Humor co-founder and Barry Diller protégé Ricky Van Veen, waited on the carpet for her for more than an hour. Also there was her father Brian, Jonah Hill, Gabourey Sidibe, Michael Stipe, Diane von Furstenberg, Paulina Porizkova, Gayle King, Solange Knowles and HBO’s Richard Plepler.
