The fashion world is mourning the death of popular British- born stylist Annabel Tollman, who died at her West Village home Thursday night. Tollman, 39 worked as a fashion director of Interview magazine, boasted A-list celebrity clients including Scarlett Johansson, Mariah Carey, Shakira and the Olsen twins, and served as stylist and spokeswoman for eBay. Police told us cause of death was still pending as tributes began pouring in yesterday. “I am trying not to believe that you are gone. I will miss your smile and your laughter — the world is not quite as beautiful without you. I am truly truly truly speechless,” designer Peter Som wrote. A Facebook post from Annabel’s family confirmed the news: “Her beauty, spirit and love will remain in our hearts always. At this time, there is not confirmation of what caused this tragedy and we ask that you respect Annabel’s privacy, legacy and honor and continue to think of her just as she was, perfect in every way.” Memorial services are pending.
