Too bad Olivia Pope’s not real.

“Scandal” actor Columbus Short may need some help after he was allegedly involved in a bar fight that sent a man to the hospital.

The March 15 incident, which occurred at Gabe’s Bar and Grill in Los Angeles, is now being investigated by authorities as a criminal battery, reports TMZ.

The 31-year-old actor, who plays Harrison Wright on the hit ABC show, was involved in a late night altercation with an unnamed 37-year-old man, who reportedly told the actor, “You might be richer than me but I get my girls to buy me everything I want including your wife.”

According to an eyewitness who spoke to the gossip site, Short then “sucker punched” the man from behind, knocking him out and breaking his nose.

At that point, the actor is said to have quickly departed the bar, while an ambulance took the man to a nearby hospital.

This isn’t the first violent incident Short has been tied to. In 2010, he allegedly punched a man at a Los Angeles-area gym, knocking out several of his teeth.
