Hank Aaron’s 80th birthday party in Washington, DC, brought out athletes, business CEOs and politicians Saturday night as his portrait was installed at the Smithsonian.
Guests included Hall of Famers Reggie Jackson, Rickey Henderson and Ozzie Smith, Medallion Financial’s Andrew and Alvin Murstein, and US Attorney General Eric Holder, who praised Aaron by pointing to the White House and saying, “The young man who lives right over there,” speaking of President Obama, “his path was made easier by this man that we honor tonight.”
