Kourtney and Khloé filed a battery report against the tattooed street performer who showered them in confetti in Los Angeles in mid-April, reports TMZ.
During in the incident, Richie the Barber dismounted his unicycle and showered the reality TV stars with confetti.
As funny as the street performer and gathered paparazzi may have found the stunt, the Kardashians saw it differently, reportedly contacting authorities about pursuing charges.
According to the website, Richie was asked by police if the confetti-bomb was meant to harm the sisters, but he said no, stating that it was meant to “congratulate them on their success.”
Richie didn’t seem too bothered by the development. In an interview with TMZ’s cameraman, he said he was “cool” and jokingly promised to “get” the sisters again.
