The family of late plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan doesn’t want mouthy model Janice Dickinson at his memorial service.
The family has invited Lisa Rinna, Gary Busey, Shauna Sands, Linda Thompson and Heidi Montag to the service tomorrow at the Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca, owned by “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Lisa Vanderpump, but not Dickinson, who the family says blamed Ryan for his own death.
Dickinson “was not on the invite list. We didn’t send her an invitation, and she will not be speaking,” said event organizer Dawn DaLuise.
“Surgeon to the Stars” Ryan died in a car accident in August in California after his Jeep veered off the highway. His clients included Dickinson, Gene Simmons, Lisa Gastineau — who had reconstructive nasal surgery following a skin-cancer operation — and Montag, whom Ryan famously transformed into a top-heavy Barbie look-alike through 10 procedures in one day.
After his death, Dickinson told Larry King on his CNN show that she believed Ryan was texting while driving. Ryan posted a picture of his dog on his Twitter feed shortly before his car crashed.
“Frank’s mother, Mary Kate, specifically does not want anyone in attendance who maligned her son to the media after his death,” said a source close to the family.
But a breathless Dickinson told us she knew nothing about the memorial and would be out of town at the time, filming the Dutch version of “America’s Next Top Model” and shooting an Elle UK cover — “at my age, all thanks to Dr. Frank Ryan,” she told Page Six.
“I don’t believe that they could be upset about anything. He was texting, and that’s what happened,” added Dickinson. The former model says she received “a little Botox and a little nip and a tuck” from Ryan.
A candlelight vigil was held for Ryan in Malibu right after his death. Dickinson attended and called Ryan “the Bentley of Surgeons,” according to reports.
