Despite the drama over their split, Courteney Cox and David Arquette still “clearly have a lot of affection for each other,” say onlookers at the Old Navy Rock + EBowl Event on Saturday in Studio City, Calif. Cox hosted the event for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation, which fights the debilitating skin disease, at bowling venue Pinz. A source told us: “David arrived first, and Courteney and their daughter Coco came about 15 minutes later. They all hugged hello and then Coco ran to go bowling. David and Courteney later came up to the gift shop and picked out clothes for Coco together. They actually seemed very affectionate, David was calling Courteney ‘Boo.’ ” This is the first time that the pair have been seen together at a public event since they announced their separation last month.
