Rachel Uchitel‘s Murray Hill apartment is a colorful, tiger-print expanse complete with a houseguest, said a source who’s seen it. Uchitel recently bought the $1.625 million, three-bedroom, three-bath unit at 77 Park Ave., and is listing it for rent for $9,995 a month. According to our source, the amenities include “someone staying in the apartment on an air mattress and drying their socks and other intimate apparel on the radiator.” There’s also gaudy, “tiger or leopard-print newly installed carpeting” and “wild-color paint in every room.”
