Tom Cruise staged his own “Days of Thunder” for the cast and crew of “Mission Impossible: IV,” now shooting in Dubai and working flat out to wrap before Thanksgiving. During a break, Cruise booked the go-kart venue Dubai Kartdrome for 75 people, including co-stars Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg. Participants got playfully competitive during the races — Cruise used the name “Cole Trickle,” his character from “Days,” as his moniker during the outing. He brought in burgers and fries from Fatburger, which has two UAE outposts.
