Tyson Beckford coached “Vampire Diaries” star Paul Wesley on how to navigate his new role after being named to People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive list this week. Beckford has been in the Sexiest issue several times since the mid-’90s, while Wesley made this year’s list, released Wednesday.
