Ashley Greene knows that she’s “the envy of every straight male” after kissing actress Olivia Wilde onscreen in the movie “Butter.”

“It wasn’t that awkward,” Greene tells Lucky magazine of the kiss. “It’s the same idea as having to kiss a male co-star and it’s not real. Olivia is such a cool chick and very professional. So we were just messing around and cracking up in between scenes, and it ended up being really fun.”

Greene, known best for her work in the “Twilight” saga, knows that the statement will no doubt titillate male readers.

“Now I’m the envy of every straight male everywhere!” she exclaimed.

Greene is not the first woman Wilde has kissed on screen. Wilde’s career took off after she played Mischa Barton’s girlfriend on the teen drama “The O.C.” Wilde has even been the recipient of Sapphic affection in real life, as well. Megan Fox once famously said of Wilde, “She’s so sexy, she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox.”

Wilde split from her husband, Italian prince Tao Ruspoli, almost a year ago. The “Tron: Legacy” actress has recently been spotted getting cozy with Jason Sudeikis of “SNL.”

Meanwhile, Greene is believed to be seeing Reeve Carney, star of the Broadway play “Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark.” But the “Twilight” star did not confirm the relationship to Lucky. When asked about her ideal guy, Greene demurred, “What’s most attractive to me is someone who has the same amount of drive as I do, someone who’s equally busy. But I think that would be a tall order.”
