Idris Elba is planning to go back to the theater after “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.”
The actor was spotted at a Sushisamba bash at London’s Heron Tower for the Brooklyn Nets, in town to play the Atlanta Hawks at London’s O2 Arena.
While mingling with NBA commissioner David Stern, Nets CEO Brett Yormark and others, Elba was overheard saying he was “looking for a musical in London” to work on next.
He studied at the National Youth Theatre in the UK before making it big through TV roles.
