Hannah Davis caught Jeter’s final home opener — with his parents

Hannah Davis clearly thinks the way to Derek Jeter’s heart is through his parents.

The swimsuit model — who has had an on-and-off romance with the Yankee captain — watched his final Opening Day at Yankee Stadium on Monday in a luxury box with his mother, Dorothy, father, Charles, and agent, Casey Close.

Davis hit a rough stretch with the star shortstop last year, but the couple patched things up in time for baseball season.

Jeter has announced that this season, his 20th in pinstripes, will be his last, and he got by far the loudest cheer when the lineups were announced before the 1 p.m. game Monday against the Baltimore Orioles.

And when he strolled to home plate for his first at-bat of the day, the crowd gave him a 30-second standing ovation and a rousing chant of “De-rek Je-ter.”

He hit a double and scored once in the game. The Yanks won, 4-2.

“It’s exciting to be here for his final home opener, but at the same time, it’s sad it’s coming to an end,” said fan Michael Stefura, a student from Connecticut who was wearing a Yankees jacket and cap.

“I’m only 23, so this has been my childhood. It’s always been Jeter. I feel like my childhood is officially over.”

Another spectator, Joann Byrne, 46, had brought her husband, her 11-year-old son and a hand-painted sign that read, “We ♥ you Derek! Thank you.”

“It’s pure magic being here,” Byrne, of Belle Harbor, Queens, gushed.

“Words can’t even begin to describe how we feel being here for Derek’s last opener. We have so much love for Derek Jeter. He’s unbelievable. We’re witnessing a legend. It’s amazing.

“It’s just a great day to be a Yankee fan.”
