Wall St. king’s rowdy parties

GOLDMAN Sachs honcho Richard Kimball Jr. attracted the attention of Southampton police this summer with a series of rowdy parties, at least one of which involved topless women.

Neighbors called the cops on Kimball — a Goldman partner and managing director who’s divorced from wife Holly Peterson after 15 years of marriage — and his pals at 115 Toylesome Lane. Police went to the house, which Kimball rented for the summer for $2.5 million, twice in late August.

“He is certainly enjoying the life of a single man,” one sleep-deprived neighbor told Page Six. “There has been a series of wild pool parties going on late until the night, with a lot of young pretty girls, and the neighbors are furious.

“There’s loud music blasted out until the early hours, loud screaming and shouting and taxis coming in and out at all hours,” the source told us.

“Another neighbor went round to get them to turn it down, and she came back saying there were a lot of topless girls around the pool with just two or three guys.

“Many of the residents say he ruined their summer. It’s pretty arrogant behavior.”

Southampton Police confirmed they went to the house twice on Aug. 30. Capt. Thomas M. Cummings told Page Six, “The officer advised the subjects at the location to turn down the music.” Cops took no further action.

The parties continued over Labor Day weekend. An attractive woman who answered the door confirmed to a neighbor it was Kimball’s summer rental house, but added, “He’s not here at the moment.”

Kimball married Holly Peterson — daughter of billionaire Blackstone Group chairman Pete Peterson — in 1994, and they had three children before they divorced earlier this year.

When we reached Kimball by phone, he told us, “It is a very small neighborhood. I have no further comment to make.”
