‘The Other Woman’ stars gush over each other

Kate Upton, Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz gushed over each other at the Cinema Society screening of their new comedy “The Other Woman” Thursday night at the Paley Center in Midtown.

“She’s awesome!” Mann said of her co-star Upton. “She’s such a great girl, so smart, so funny. She’s five years older than my daughter and four years older than my niece. So she was our little baby that we wanted to protect and take care of.”

Diaz chimed in, “She’s so self-possessed and knows herself so well.”

Upton said of working with her comedic mentors, “The best lesson learned from them is who they are as people. When they walk on set, they’re amazing to everyone. They’re incredible women on the inside, and powerful and fearless and beautiful. I’m so happy I can call them my friends.”

Later, the trio was laughing it up at the Standard Grill, where Diaz was seen hugging Upton before she left.

Mann and Diaz carried on the celebrations and were later spotted partying in Chelsea at Electric Room, TAO Downtown and 1 Oak, leaving at 3:30 a.m.
