Ebanks is one determined supermodel. At the Coney Island-themed launch of ginger-flavored Absolut Brooklyn vodka in the Hamptons the other day, she spent 30 minutes throwing tennis balls at a dunk-tank target, trying to douse a hapless geek in a bathing suit and clown makeup. “I have to get this! I can’t leave until I hit that target,” she muttered after 30 throws. When she finally scored, “Everyone was cheering and hysterical,” we’re told.
