Matthew McConaughey doted on his girlfriend, Brazilian model Camila Alves, at the Heart Truth’s Red Dress runway show Wednesday, even following her into the dressing room. When fans swarmed him for photos, he was so fixated on Alves, he brushed them off, saying, “Not until I find my girl.” He sat front-row and snapped photos of Alves as she strutted the catwalk for heart disease alongside other prominent ladies, including Denise Richards, Giuliana Rancic, Eve, Natasha Bedingfield, Julianne Hough, Gayle King, Patti LaBelle and Dita von Teese.
