Momofuku chef David Chang gave “Iron Man” director Jon Favreau advice for his lower-budget foodie film “Chef” — but it wasn’t about the grub.

“David told Jon that kitchens are not PG-rated places,” said an insider at an after-party for the R-rated film at Marc Forgione’s glamorous Tribeca meat mecca American Cut. “David told him how rough the language is in kitchens.”

Guests at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere included celeb toques Chang, Bobby Flay, Tom Colicchio and Andrew Carmellini, as well as stars Sofía Vergara and John Leguizamo.

After playing a chef on-screen, Favreau and Kogi BBQ taco truck founder Roy Choi together backed gourmet food delivery startup Munchery.
