Cameron Diaz has been spotted spending quality time with Sean “Diddy”
Combs. But it’s because they’re looking to work together on a film project, says a rep. Spies saw the pair “looking cozy” at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills on Friday. Observers were quick to assume romance, but Diaz’s rep told us: “[They] are longtime friends and have been seen together recently because they are developing a film project. They had lunch . . . with a producer who is also involved in the project. [They] are not romantically involved.”
Diaz split in September with Alex Rodriguez; Combs has been linked with model/singer Cassie for the past few years.
