“Jersey Shore” power gnome Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has been slapped with a multimillion-dollar counterclaim in her legal skirmish with licensing company SRG Ventures. The leopard-print-wearing guidette partnered with SRG to launch a litany of Snooki-related merchandise last year, but she filed suit in October to end her contract with the company alleging it didn’t fulfill its obligations to land her enough dough or branding partnerships.

SRG, meantime, has filed its own $7 million counterclaim against Snooki and her management company, Neon Entertainment. The suit says Snooki sabotaged the deal by negotiating with brands behind SRG’s back, and dragging her platformed heels on the deals SRG brought her, including Snooki-styled school supplies, watches, shoes and lingerie. A Snooki rep said, “Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG’s version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court.” SRG lawyer Robert J. Hantman is trying to get the case moved from Ulster County, NY, to Manhattan.
