Depeche Mode founder Vince Clarke has snapped up J.Crew creative director Jenna Lyons’ stunning Park Slope town house for $4 million. Clarke, the British synth star/songwriter for bands including Yaz and Erasure, bought the house with his wife, Tracy Martin. Sources tell us the couple sold their place at 30 Main in Dumbo and bought Lyons’ house following an all-out bidding war. Producer and DJ Clarke, who’s just released a techno album, “VCMG,” with ex-Depeche bandmate Martin Gore, is also moving his studio to Brooklyn. Lyons put the house, which graced the cover of defunct mag Domino, on the market after splitting with husband Vincent Mazeau and falling for Courtney Crangi.
