Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl Kate Upton has been accused of oozing sex appeal. Now the model has the word “sex” literally written across her shoes.
Upton upstaged fellow Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Irina Shayk at the 2012 Jeffrey Fashion Cares event last night at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, wearing a clingy black dress and a pair of Christian Louboutin heels that prominently featured the word “sex.” Upton posed seductively in the nude-colored heels, playfully fitting the Swarovski crystal letters together to spell out the word.

While Upton is happy to incorporate the word “sex” into her ensemble, the 19-year-old has been much less forthcoming in opening up about her personal life. Though Page Six linked her to Jets star Mark Sanchez back in December, Upton has played coy about whether she is in a relationship with the quarterback. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Upton held that she “met him briefly” before conceding that Sanchez is “cute.”
Upton isn’t the first star to wear these randy Louboutin heels, which reportedly retail for $1,300. Katy Perry showed off the shoes last week at the Echo Music Awards in Berlin, perhaps a naughty nod to new beau, male model Baptiste Giabiconi.
