Jenna Lyons sells lavish townhouse for $4 million

J.Crew president and creative director Jenna Lyons has sold her stunning townhouse in Park Slope for $4 million, reports say.

According to the real estate website Curbed.com, the sale of the seven-bedroom, 4,400 square foot property is complete. While the home was listed for $3.75 million, it sold for seven percent more than the asking price.

Lyons purchased the townhouse in 2004 for $1.5 million with then-husband Vincent Mazeau. With the pair’s keen sense of balance and design, the townhouse was soon featured in the pages of Elle Decor. The home featured grand fireplaces, intricate ceiling moldings, aged pine floors, a eat-in cook’s kitchen, and a terrace off the master bathroom.

However, when Lyons and Mazeau split last year after nine years together, with Lyons falling for jewelry designer Courtney Crangi, the fate of the apartment was up in the air. The property was put on the market in November by Sotheby’s Realty.

According to Curbed, the J.Crew fashionista is moving on up. Lyons’ new address is in Tribeca, and was listed for $5.895 million.
